Player Alerts are a part of the latest update for theScore for iOS and is currently available for the NHL and NBA, with MLB being rolled out at the end of the summer and NFL getting set to launch before the start of the new season.

Player Alerts for Android are due in the fall, while this latest update for iOS also includes:

- Deeper League Stats: Flip your device horizontally in the “Standings” area to see even more stats.
- Improved Alerts Management: It’s easier to configure and customize the way alerts work and “Default Alerts” let you can choose which players you automatically receive when you follow teams, events, players, and leagues.
- Optional On-boarding: A new optional on-boarding tutorial that will teach you how to follow your favorite teams and become familiar with the app’s key features.
