Verizon Wireless now offers costumers Stream Pass, giving them access to free access to NBA LEAGUE PASS through streaming media app go90.
Stream Pass users will have access to a full NBA LEAGUE PASS subscription this season for new Verizon Wireless customers or those who upgrade to a Verizon Plan, sizes L and higher. For other customers, NBA LEAGUE PASS can be purchased from go90 for a discounted rate of $99.50. NBA LEAGUE PASS is a $199 value and includes out-of-market games, as local market blackout rules apply based on location.
And the streaming of NBA LEAGUE PASS on go90 doesn’t count against data plans.
Stream Pass also provides customers access to football and 1,000 live soccer matches per year from LaLiga, Serie A, Ligue 1, CONMEBOL and CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers, Liga MX and NASL win beIN SPORTS and Univision Deportes broadcast of Liga MX.
Users can can also cast soccer from go90 to TV by using Belkin Miracast, Google Chromecast or Apple TV.
Live sports is the first offer from Stream Pass, but more content will be available for go90 users in the future.
This isn’t the first time Verizon has helped fans watch live stream games with no data. At the beginning of the NFL season, Verizon gave their users the option to stream games through the NFL Mobile app without using data.
