The community-based fishing app Fishbrain recently announced a partnership with Under Armour and the third largest sports performance apparel and footwear company.
Boasting a user base of nearly three million anglers, Fishbrain will now give fishing fanatics the ability to track and share their latest catches and other statistics through the UA Record network, the first fishing integration of its kind with Under Armour.

“Fishing is a sport that is better with buddies, when you can track and even brag about your latest catch,” said Johan Attby, Chief Executive Officer of Fishbrain in a statement. “UA Record gives us another place to help build that camaraderie among anglers, and we’re proud to partner with the top American performance company to grow the Fishbrain community.”
Fishbrain allows anglers — who have logged 1.8 million catches via the app — to track species, log catch positions, discover new fishing areas and also see how other fishing enthusiasts are performing in the water.
Additionally, with the UA Record integration, anglers will simultaneously be able to access their nutrition, sleep and workout data.
