Croatian Marin Cilic has been honoured with the Arthur Ashe Humanitarian Award in the 2016 ATP World Tour Awards presented by Moët & Chandonfor off-court philanthropy through his foundation, which supports educational projects and aspires to give young people improved access to education.
The World No. 7 accepted the award at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals Official Launch in London on Thursday.
"This one [wasn’t for tennis] but I feel it’s the most prestigious one. It’s the one one I’m going to value the most,” said Cilic. “It’s something that we all love to do… to give back to the community, especially to children.”
