It appeared that #NextGenATP Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas' run at the Millennium Estoril Open was coming to an end when he double-faulted to trail 0/3 in a final-set tie-break Friday against reigning Quito champion Roberto Carballes Baena.  But Tsitsipas' confidence gained from recent results showed, winning the final seven points of the match to advance to his third ATP World Tour semi-final with a 6-7(2), 6-2, 7-6(3) victory.  Prior to 2018, the 19-year-old had won just four tour-level matches, three of which came last year in Antwerp. #NextGenATP Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas continued his run of form on Thursday at the Millennium Estoril Open. The 19-year-old knocked out top-seeded South African Kevin Anderson 6-7(3), 6-3, 6-3 in two hours and 13 minutes for a place in the quarter-finals. World No. 8 Anderson, who reached the semi-finals last year (l. to Muller), could not convert his first set point chance on Tsitsipas’ serve at 5-4, Ad-Out in the first set, which lasted one hour.
