Coronavirus: Tokyo 2020 president denies Olympics could be delayed for two years

Tokyo 2020 executive member Haruyuki Takahashi claimed the Olympic Games could be delayed by up to two years to 2023 in order to handle the coronavirus outbreak, only for the official to appologise for the remarks and say he had 'misspoken'
