Buckinghamshire’s Tyrrell Hatton secured one of the final remaining places at this week’s Open Championship at Royal Troon after finishing second in the Scottish Open. The 24 year old from Marlow birdied the final hole at Castle Stuart to finish just one shot behind winner Alex Noren, and secure his place at the season’s third major.
