As the Rangers and Capitals series intensifies, so has the play on the ice. During a pivotal game 6 of the series (with the Caps up 3-2), a funny moment happened amongst the competition. Capital’s Rookie Tom Wilson checked Ranger’s defensiveman Ryan McDonagh so hard onto the glass that his own blade fell off one of his skates. Immediately after that, he tried to make his way back to the bench but could not stay upright and practically crawled back to the bench during the game. Unfortunately, this did not inspire his teammates to get the win, but it did make for a funny moment.
