Dodig/Chan Win Roland Garros Mixed Doubles Title

Three years after his men’s doubles triumph in Paris, Ivan Dodig lifted the mixed doubles trophy at Roland Garros. The Croatian teamed up with Latisha Chan to prevail against top seeds Mate Pavic and Gabriela Dabrowski 6-1, 6-7(5), 10-8 in a No. 1 vs No. 2 final on Thursday. "[It's a] great feeling. I have great memories from Paris, one doubles and now mixed," said Dodig. Dodig/Ram Win First Team Title In Munich

Ivan Dodig and Rajeev Ram won their first team title on Sunday, defeating third seeds Nikola Mektic and Alexander Peya 6-3, 7-5 at the BMW Open by FWU. "Some important deciding points were crucial," reflected Dodig. "We were feeling better in those moments and that was the key." Dodig and Ram defeated the Croatian-Austrian duo in 78 minutes, saving all three break points they faced to lift the trophy. Dodig-Ram Edge Into Dubai Quarter-Finals

A match-up that was tough on paper lived up to expectations at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships on Tuesday when third seeds Ivan Dodig and Rajeev Ram edged past experienced pair Marcel Granollers and Nedad Zimonjic. The Croatian-American duo advanced to the quarter-finals 6-7(4), 6-2, 10-6. Dodig and Ram held a set point at 5-4 only to lose the opening set in a tie-break before they broke twice to send the contest into a match tie-break. It was then they surged to 5/1 before sealing a quarter-final meeting with Dutchmen Robin Haase and Matwe Middelkoop.
