Matt Barkley’s Heisman Trophy Campaign Includes a New App

College football season is upon us and as such, it’s time for the Heisman voters to start thinking about whose name they will put on their ballots come December. In the past, certain Heisman candidates who may have played for less televised schools could have easily been forgotten had ESPN decided not to make known their 420 passing yard, 8 TD performance against the University of Maryland University College (it exists, I kid you not…http://www.umuc.edu/).  Fortunately for future small school, small conference stars, Matt Barkley is blazing a trail that will surely catch on and become vital ammo in the arsenal of all potential Heisman candidates.

Arizona Athletic Director Greg Byrne To Host Google+ Hangout with Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott

He has spent the better part of the that time watching his baseball team win the national championship in Omaha, but he is not taking it easy as he returns to the office this week. Byrne has announced that he will be hosting a Google + Hangout on Friday, June 29th at 9 a.m. PDT (12 p.m. EDT)  and it will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
