Zverev Captures First Home Title In Munich

#NextGenATP German Alexander Zverev showed his home fans precisely why much of the tennis world believes he'll reach the top of the ATP World Tour in the near future. After a slow start, the 20 year old rolled through the BMW Open by FWU final on Sunday in Munich, winning 10 of the final 13 games to beat Argentine Guido Pella 6-4, 6-3. The title is Zverev's second of the season and his third in the past nine months. The 6'6” right-hander won the St. Petersburg Open last September (d. Cabal/Farah Claim Second Title Of Season In Munich

Colombians Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah won their second ATP World Tour doubles title as a team this year, overcoming Frenchmen Jeremy Chardy/Fabrice Martin 6-3, 6-3 on Sunday at the BMW Open by FWU in Munich. Cabal/Farah were down 0-3 in the first set but won 12 of the final 15 games to win their first Munich crown.
