Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic have had a sensational season, winning four tour-level titles and reaching two additional finals. And based on their efforts thus far at Roland Garros, the Austrian-Croatian pair shows no signs of slowing down. Marach/Pavic overcame a second-set hiccup to beat Salvadorian Marcelo Arevalo and American Jamie Cerretani 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 on Sunday in Paris to advance to the quarter-finals. Fifth-seeded Colombians Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah booked their places in the Roland Garros third round on Friday with a 6-4, 7-6(4) victory over Argentineans Guido Pella and Diego Schwartzman in one hour and 37 minutes. Last year’s semi-finalists will next challenge Wesley Koolhof and Artem Sitak. Robert Farah clinched his 200th tour-level doubles victory on Tuesday, defeating Max Mirnyi and Philipp Oswald 7-6(3), 7-6(4) alongside partner Juan Sebastian Cabal at Roland Garros. The fifth seeds advanced to the second round after one hour and 52 minutes, winning 76 per cent of second-serve points. Farah, who turned professional in 2010, recently won his 11th tour-level title with Cabal at the Internazionali BNL d'Italia, beating Pablo Carreno Busta and Joao Sousa in the championship match. Colombians Claim Historic First Masters Title In Rome

Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah had their backs against the wall throughout the week at the Foro Italico. And on Sunday, the Colombians survived once again to claim their maiden ATP World Tour Masters 1000 crowns.
