It isn’t that long ago that David Goffin faced one of the scariest moments of his career. An innocuous-looking slide in his third-round match on the terre battue at Roland Garros turned into a disaster. Goffin Shocks Federer In London

David Goffin was perplexed. After he reached the Nitto ATP Finals semi-finals, the Belgian was asked what he would have to do to beat Roger Federer for the first time in their FedEx ATP Head2Head series. Goffin had been 0-6 against the Swiss, including a 6-1, 6-2 loss in the semi-finals of the Swiss Indoors Basel last month. “Honestly, I don't know what to do tomorrow,” Goffin said. Shapovalov Honoured With Two ATP Awards

Denis Shapovalov's emergence this season was recognised on Saturday in an on-court ceremony at The O2, with the Canadian teenager receiving two 2017 ATP World Tour Awards presented by Moët & Chandon.
