The Nitto ATP Finals runner-up thanked supporters for all of their positive messages in a short statement on the picture-sharing social media platform. “My eye is recovering well and doctors are really positive for my fast recovery,” revealed Goffin. “I am very disappointed not to be able to play at the Open 13 Provence and I hope to be back soon on court!” Goffin suffered the bizarre injury after an attempted volley caught the frame of his racquet, redirecting the ball into his eye during...

So before Gates and Federer play another exhibition together in March, Federer demanded that Gates stepped up his game – everything about it. The multi-billionaire needed to get stronger, faster, smarter – “Well, maybe not smarter,” Federer said – and better dressed. “You'll train like I do,” Federer told Gates. “Whatever it takes, Roger,” Gates obliged. I'm the only up with #jetlag anyone got a question for me? #askandy — Andy Murray (@andy_murray) January 20, 2018 The Scot received a fair number of non-tennis questions, such as “Will there ever be a boy born who can swim faster than a shark?” To which the witty Brit Murray responded, “I don't know..
