Sealed With A Splash: Nadal Takes Traditional Plunge

When you're as hot as Rafael Nadal has been on the European clay, a pool plunge is warranted. Nadal was joined by ball kids in taking the traditional dive at the Real Club de Tenis Barcelona, after claiming an unprecedented 10th Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell title. The Spaniard defeated Dominic Thiem 6-4, 6-1 on Sunday, completing a dominant week in which he did not drop a set. He has won 20 of 21 sets thus far on the European clay-court swing, having also streaked to his 10th Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters crown a week ago.
